PMS was commissioned to manage the official launch of the first Strategic Plan at the KICC Amphitheatre, Nairobi, alongside the official launch of the Authority’s website, signing of Memorandum of Understanding with key stakeholders and a buffet lunch thereafter.
OUTCOME
The event programme was kept short and relevant, with speakers being well briefed and speaking within the theme of the event. The speeches, giveaways and other aspects of the event worked together to ensure that the message that UFAA wanted to send to the audience was well communicated and clearly received. The mission of the organisation was clearly communicated, and various myths surrounding its functions dispelled.
